pizza club for girls 09
it’s wednesday night, which in this household means top chef + team dinner
rebecca picked up the pre-made herby pizza dough and brought a savory little surprise: vegan pepperoni. oh yes.
i was never one for indian food. then i spent five months in manchester, where there was a literal Curry Mile.
met up with a couple ex heavies tonight for some wine and dosai and other mysterious things.
kosher vegetarian indian food is crepey and crispy and delicious and very much about the potato. i could not stop eating.
fettuccine, finally
i’d been wanting dinner since breakfast time.
a large bag of mini shallots were getting a little too comfortable in my kitchen, and of course i had a lot of garlic. but what to go with? heaps of fresh spinach, wilted, seemed very appealing.
